Aging. Nobody wants to have it happen to them. Yet, it always does. For some, it happens at a less rapid rate and for others, well, they age extremely quick but good news – anti aging foods are here. Wait, what? Anti-aging foods? Yep, that’s right.
Just like there are foods to fight just about whatever you want, there are foods that combat the signs of getting older. Neat, right? So what are they you ask?
Well, in no particular order they are kale, tomatoes, eggplant, red bell pepper, blackberries, basil and brussels sprouts (yuck!!). And of course, as expected, the vast majority of those foods are well, pretty nasty, lol. Does that mean I’m going to age quicker!? OH NO!
I do like tomatoes and blackberries so maybe I’ll just stock up on those, lol.
So what do you think? Do these antioxident foods help? I’d be inclined to say yes, actually. Now granted, most people probably don’t eat enough of them to really make a huge difference but still, they’ll certainly help over the years if they’re part of your diet.
There are a lot of weird “remedies” out there but I can’t think of any better ones to fight aging then ones with actual scientific reasoning behind them, like this.
